I have been following their social media for a while and I booked two alpha hydroxy facials (75 minutes) two weeks apart with each of the estheticians, Jenny and Alice. I really liked them both, but if it makes a difference to you Alice’s English is a little better but Jenny is gentler when it comes to the massages. I fell asleep during both my facials because that’s how relaxing the experience was! They play music in the background through speakers in the wall, they warmed up the bed and give you a weighted blanket, and I love that there were massage components too. I highly recommend checking out their videos on this page that show what they do for each service. The extractions (followed by chemical peel) were painful because I have acne-prone skin, and my skin continued to “purge” in the days following before clearing up. I was also told in advance when choosing when to schedule my facials that I shouldn’t use any of my regular skincare products (not even sunscreen) nor wear any makeup for a week while my skin recovered. They gave me samples of products to use as a cleanser, a day gel, and a night emulsion. My skin looks and feels clearer following both facials! What a luxurious experience in this gem of a spot. You totally forget there’s construction and traffic outside in the middle of the city haha. Would highly recommend and the owner is really approachable so definitely ask questions before booking your service, she is so genuine in wanting to help others. Totally felt like a VIP!
