We were extremely nervous, as our cat was ill for several days and vomiting. Other vets would not give me a fairly reasonable or quick appt. The staff scheduled us as a new patient immediately with kindness and empathy. During the visit, the doctor and staff were extremely attentive, concerned, caring and knowledgeable. We switched to WOA for our animal family a year ago and couldn’t be happier. Communication is clear, it’s easy to get an appointment, and it’s clear everyone on staff loves animals. We never have any issues with bringing in our reactive dog Mila, as we notified them prior to her first appointment of her issues, so she’s always immediately roomed upon arrival for everyone’s well-being. And we’re in the midst of a medical workup/surgery for our other meatball Sophie, and I couldn’t be more confident that she’s in excellent and compassionate hands.
Dr. Miko Flasik saved my cat Binx life. She unblocked his urinary blockage (2nd blockage in 3 days) and her staff helped find a lower cost clinic to accommodate the life-saving surgery he needed to never have a blockage again. She also let me come back following the surgery right before they closed to check on him and ensure he was ok. I cannot thank her and her team enough.
