so I have been going to this salon for years now, they good in what they do,not all of them of course.but yesterday I went there to do my nails, and after I am done she charged me 3$ for changing the shape from oval to squareoval..I have never heard of something like changing shape fees, its a rip off and guess what she never told me about it when she asked me what shape you want to do today.guess what I am rating you this time and I just lost a client over non transparency and ripping off of nonsense fees..just because dont go to salons no more let me make these fees to push my customers away..good luck.Services: Pedicure

I just started going back to Victoria nails and it’s such a better environment with the new management and ladies. I always feel comfortable there and everyone is really nice. However Saturday I went and got my nails done and my nailBed was cut during a removal of one of the nails. Right away she put some kind of medicine on it and I thought it would be ok but then she started filing it again and it hurt. I should’ve stopped her there and cleaned my nail. But I let her put an acrylic nail back on. Late last night my finger was in so much pain I removed the nail. My whole thumb is swollen and Infected.
