My dog had cluster seizures, and two Philadelphia emergency rooms for pets turned him away because I couldn't pay. This hospital told me it doesn't matter bring them in and we'll make something work for you. I tried carecredit and I still wasn't approved but they still see my dog gave him the medicine he needs and saved his life the staff were great they even called me the next day to check on him to make sure he was doing okay and told me no matter what even if I can't pay make sure I bring him in never let an animal suffer because of unwillingness to pay. Honestly they care about the animals!! I really can't even say nothing bad about them only good reviews completely
Good afternoon!! Our beloved chihuahua, Foxy passed away this morning. She had received a diagnosis of congestion heart failure exactly 50 days ago. We were diligent on make sure, we gave her medicine on time and in order. After last dose of medicine last night, she took a turn for the worst. She struggled throughout the night, she was one of son's emotional support animals, we another Chihuahua named Salvador. Foxy was almost 12 years old, her birthday is on 4/29/2012. We went to VEG for the second time in the past year, and once again they were incredibly thorough, compassionate, and supportive in our time of need. Everyone on staff did a great job with our cat and I felt confident she was in good hands. Given how expensive the emergency setting can be, I especially appreciate how transparent they are with their pricing and they do a great job helping you weigh the different diagnostic and treatment approaches in the context of the financial strain it may cause.
