My best friend wanted balloons for his birthday specifically lavender helium balloons. Since I've been the Master of planning parties this year I went to my Rolodex of contacts and had some balloons special ordered. I have seen these balloons around town at inflated (no pun intended) mark up costs. I ordered direct and with shipping each shaped balloon cost me $2 for a foil style. I got them inflated at a near by dollar store. These were such great quality that I was still able to fill these a week in advance and they were still in great flight. Super fast shipping.
