Julie , Serena and there was one other girl that I didn’t get her name . It is April 1 2024 so all the women there today were amazing !!! One had to come to the register 2 x to assist and was pleasantly kind unlike other stores when managers come to register huffing and puffing . I left feeling that the staff went above and bound for me ! From the time I entered the store to make an appointment for my brows till I checked out …I was assisted with all questions and felt like I was talking to friends. Karla is the best hairstylist ever!! She has been doing my hair for almost 20 years! She is the only person I trust with my hair! Highly recommend her. She has taken me fromblack to blonde with no damage, to red and back to black and my hair has stayed healthy through all of it. Her cuts and styles are A+++!
My girlfriend and I went to Ulta to buy hair supplies. The store associate we talked to was actually a manager.her name is Dee.
