I actually went here a bit ago, I was confused and a bit doubtful on products, then I saw the hair stylist , Gigi, she was AMAZING super sweet and extremely honest AND the products she told me to try were perfect for my hair 🙌🏼🙌🏼

this store has la large amount of interesting health b beauty items most are very over priced.
i went with 3 gift cards given to me as gifts to buy a new flattening iron as my current one was over a decade old. i had no help by anyone as this store gets way too crowded. not only that - i did my homework on the highend iron i wanted and got down to 3. yet, figured umi would decide with the help of seeing in person the weight and feel. plus getting an expert salespersons afvice. i was in that area fo2 hours with not one salesperson able to help me. they had very little of the itons displyed for sale and i plan to go to another ulta in the suburbs without so many people...read full review
