The reviews that say that she doesn't have staff are correct but I'm not going to let that determine what I think is very good care. Dr. Abdul-Rahman is extremely attentive and takes time to explain everything in detail for a layperson. I've never felt more informed. It is a little weird that there's no staff, and I took away 1- 1/2 stars for not being able to easily get in touch with her and the glitchy app (I'm assuming because she doesn't have a hospital affiliation is why she's not on the more robust (MyJefferson) portal).

I'm not even sure if this is a legitimate medical office. My first appointment was cancelled by text on the day it was supposed to happen. The Dr sent a message through their patient portal that a family emergency happened. That seemed reasonable, but today for my rebooked appt, there was nobody at the office. The doors were locked, no note, no sign, no message. I knocked several times and no one answered the door. I was on time. I am furious and will never come here again and don't recommend it to anyone

Years ago she was great. Best doctor who took adequate time to discuss any issues in a nice clean environment. Now, not attentive and seems to be distracted. The facility she moved too is definitely not up to par with what it was before. She also relies on messaging through a problematic and glitchy app rather than hiring a receptionist, a phone messaging center, or allowing patients to leave voice messages and simply setting time aside to return calls. In other words, it's nearly impossible to communicate with her.
