**Edited After writing my initial review, the company reached out to me and made things right. I appreciate their good customer service and would consider using them again.We called TE Co, because we smelled a burning odor and they sent someone out after asking if we would pay the $95 fee to come. We agreed and an electrician came out as promised that morning. He did not smell anything, but suggested a Major troubleshooting fee for about $1000. We said they was to high, he then suggested a minor troubleshooting for $350. He spent about 30 minutes at our house, told us he fixed an outlet, which didn't work a day later: He also said we needed major improvements to our house quoting a price of $over 7,000. When we called about the outlet not working, the company said they would. One out for $250 to fix it.

Really fast response time. I called to make an appointment and someone was sent the same day. The only thing is that it costs $95 just to come look at the work to be done and if you're not satisfied with the quote you lose that money. It is a pretty big risk but we were in a bind so we had to trust we were given a fair price. Work done was great so we were satisfied. Good customer service. Very friendly.
