They really need to work on their customer service skills, VERY ghetto. Price was reasonable, but the stylist had an attitude & her skills were VERY basic, I had to fix a few tracks & fix my closure once I got home ?That place is always my LAST resort. It's convenient & if u go early, they'll take u right away or little wait time.

I came as a walk in on a Friday and Juwanna did my full sew in. I was pleased and in and out. I’m here again today for a maintenance, Renata hooked me up and Jasmine was pleasant and helpful recommending styles for two events for me.Services: Hairstyling

Call both locations and the Germantown shop was a bit rude. I was told they were all booked and it was a Friday at 11am. Mind you Friday are supposed to be walk-in only. But it was a holiday weekend so I called the other location before heading over. A bit of a wait but it was worth it. They work really fast and do a damn good job. A young woman by the name of Denise did my hair and she did and excellent job. I was looking real good for my date that night thanks to her. I definitely will be back.
