TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Avoid if possible....I went there alil while ago to get my hair done for my birthday.... I definitely wish I read reviews first! They destroyed 3bundles of hair. They have no idea how to mix colors...they literally pour a box color on your hair and try to throw other colors on top of it if comes out wrong! Professionalism? Courtesy? Customer Service? FORGET ABOUT IT if you go there. My weave was dry, terribly colored, and destroyed when I left! Denise is a terrible hair stylist. The 1st time time I went to this location, things didn’t go well but I gave her a second chance, I will never come back. When I walked in there both times, the place was empty, and now I know why. She shows no care for natural hair, steals bundles when no one is looking, charges you what she wants to with no explanation, shows no care for customer preferences, and does the bare minimum. Look at this little leave out she left! It’s obvious my tracks were gonna show through. I DO NOT recommend this place, ESPECIALLY if the other stylists are anything like her. If I could rate 0 stars I would. You’ve been warned.

They really need to work on their customer service skills, VERY ghetto. Price was reasonable, but the stylist had an attitude & her skills were VERY basic, I had to fix a few tracks & fix my closure once I got home ?That place is always my LAST resort. It's convenient & if u go early, they'll take u right away or little wait time.
