As a new [row]homeowner, I was dismayed to discover a leak that the home inspector had missed! I found the water was somehow infiltrating my party wall and finding its way out into the basement through a couple of joist pockets. Naturally I called a roofer. First I called a highly rated roofer who came out and flew a drone up which took some photos. The verdict was simply that I needed a new roof, and that was that. So I called the Roof Doctor hoping for a second opinion. My experience with the Roof Doctor was exemplary. I had a leak so I reached out over email with a bunch of questions on how these types of fixes typically work. I received fast (and patient!) responses which I absolutely appreciate since my anxiousness is no joke sometimes. I was told they're in a busy season but was also offered to be put on a cancellation list in case a spot opened up. They sent someone out to do an evaluation of my leak right away and I was given an estimate (very reasonable pricing?).
