Great experience EVERYTIME!!!!
Extremely well kept and cute day spa offering a huge number of services. They recently completed renovations and the spa/salon interior decor is absolutely amazing. Worth a try based off of the amount of services they offer, the service, and spa ambiance.
ZERO STARS! At a glance, the website looks polished and multicultural. Well put together. I booked an appt through the site for 10a today (11/25) with option to pay in person. While on my way I knew I'd be late so I courtesy called the number on the site...voicemail. I get a text saying to text. 1st, I'm mad this was a cell number and 2nd IM DRIVING but used my voice command to text for me to say I'm 10 mins behind. Oh...now I get a callback. The woman says she wished I called when I made the appt (who says that or assumes that's what is supposed to be done?) because she didnt have me in for 10a (I assume checking her schedule) and asked did i go through... read full review
