By far are the best Customer Service I’ve had in a very long time!!

Was looking for someone to take on a new client as I recently moved back into the area, In the middle of tax season. Domenic took time to speak with me on the phone when I first called and took me on as a new client.

Once there, I was met with professionalism and He provided a very thorough understanding of what was going on throughout the process.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Fontana group. Although filing our taxes is rarely an event our family looks forward to, Dom & the entire team make everything seamless and as easy as possible. We have been using the Fontana group for years & we’ve never had any issues - I’ve had things come up after filing where I had follow up questions & wanted more information & despite it being a busy time for them, I always got a personal response & have always felt prioritized which is huge, & really distinguishes The Fontana group from the run of the mill tax preparers - it’s white glove service with a home grown neighborhood vibe.
