Tedd is absolutely incredible! He really understands the body, its muscles and how they work together. I thought he did an excellent job identifying problem areas I didn’t even realize I had and he incorporated a number of different techniques throughout the massage that were creative and effective, it was the perfect mixture of relaxing and soothing while still working away serious knots. This guy knows what he’s doing. At the end he made some great recommendations on what I should focus on in the future and I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Tedd for the best massage!
