From start to finish, Spennato Family Roofing was professional, timely, and friendly. They responded quickly to our request for a quote and 4 days later I had an estimate. In addition to climbing up on the roof and inspecting it, they used a drone to get measurements of the roof and take pictures for us to be able to see the state of the roof. They took pictures throughout and at the end as well, which was so good to be able to see. The whole team, from Neal Sr, to Neal Jr, to the roofers were pleasant to have for around two days while they replaced our 35-year-old roof on a 200-year-old house! They were upfront about some potential additional costs due to some plywood being damaged, and it is obvious they are knowledgeable and experienced. Their pricing was competitive and reasonable. Will recommend them to family and friends going forward and will be working with them for routine maintenance in the years to come.
