The service was exceptional and the frame selections were unique and numerous; however, the attention to detail and the honesty of Sophia and Rob was immensely appreciated. If a frame didn't look right, they said so, even if I thought the selection looked good. They offered their own professional opinion and didn't just follow 'my thoughts'. The high quality and craftsmanship of each product met my expectation of a high-class designer eyewear boutique, so we bought three pairs! We're old enough to know that 'we get what we pay for', and our purchases was worth every penny. Thanks Optique, great job!
Imagine if you owned your own shop, you were not a big box store and you had limited space for merchandise. Everything that you select would be high quality, unique and attractive. That is the case here at Optique in this family-owned shop. Not to mention that the team all wears glasses themselves. The consultation is top notch, I have been seeing Rob for years for frames. There is a doctor on site if you need to schedule an eye exam as well, she's very knowledgeable. Whether you need frames or contact lenses, Optique uses the highest technology and you will not leave looking like Mr. McGoo! The technology in the vision space is key.
This is a great optical store. I come here from South Jersey for
the frames selection and premium lens that you won't find in the optical chain stores. Sofia, Vlad and Rob provide outstanding service. I also get my eyes examined there by Dr. Fishman who is very patient when working with me to zero in on the most appropriate lens prescription.
