Simple Solutions Home Repair, SShomerepairs.com [email protected] is just terrific. Mariano responded to my email very quickly, scheduled us in the very next week, and accomplished several design and installation jobs exactly as we wanted--exceeding any and all expectations. Because we live in Center City Philadelphia, Mariano chose to do all the cutting and preassembling at his home, making quick work of the job when he was at our townhouse. He is so conscientious, leaving everything clean and taking all his tools with him. Really nice guy, smart and quiet. Selfishly, I hope he doesn't get so busy he can't come back for future home repairs!

Very professional and completed the project in a timely manner! He was responsive, would answer questions via phone call or text messaging. Would definitely have him come back to complete more projects. Highly recommend!

Mariano is very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. He's capable of most fixes and renovations around the house. He does excellent work. Many previous reviews called him a perfectionist which is what you need when you hire someone for work around the house. He never leaves a mess behind. He's responsive and easy to deal with. He's the opposite of greedy and his prices are very fair. It's hard to find someone like that nowadays.Service: General repairs
