I went for a color correction, transitioning from boxed dye to natural gray. Sam was phenomenal! She listened to and answered all of my questions before she started. Also, the salon is pretty and clean, everyone is friendly and it was affordable. I definitely recommend them.
Emily was awesome, I had went in to see her after another stylist at a different shop had done a terrible job. Emily was supper helpful and comforting. She reassured me that she would do the best she could considering the situation my hair was in and I can honestly say she did amazing. She got my hair as close as humanly possible to what I had originally wanted considering the predicament it was in when i walked in. She definitely won over this client for sure!
I came here as a birthday gift and let me tell you I'll be back. I always get anxiety when someone else does my hair because most of the time I don't get the results I wanted. I was seen by Donna and she is a hair artist. She colored my hair exactly how I wanted and did not shame me for having long hair. When I used to go to Hair Cuttery, they would make me feel bad for having long hair and charge extra. Not Shear Sensations. They won't pressure you to cut your hair. All the ladies are super friendly, welcoming and it feels like you're in a neighborhood salon where everyone knows everyone. It's cozy that way.
