We had a small house fire and used the services of Service Master Omega in Philadelphia. James Smith was the project manager and he was very helpful and professional. James was always very responsive and willing to do whatever was necessary to help the customer through a very difficult time. We did have an issue with billing for cleaning services but Service Master Omega Manager Brian and project manager James were very willing to work with us and come to an agreement that was acceptable by all parties. Overall it was a positive experience. I believe they have the best interest of their customer in the forefront of their business.

I cannot recommend this company more. They have helped me and my family on multiple occasions and they are my go to for any issues with our properties. The staff is super friendly and they were very responsive throughout the entire process. Timothy in the main office was able to schedule everything directly and was very friendly. James who was the project manager was very responsive along every step of the way and was able to coordinate around our schedule as needed. The staff was efficient and was able to completely the task at hand. We can not recommend this company more.

Had Service Master clean up water damage from a water heater that burst. James the manager was very professional, always kept us informed and was on top of the hole project. He is a great addition for this company. Thank you James. Chris L
