Just one session with Jamie and I’m absolutely hooked! I cannot recommend Jamie and her zen zone enough! Upon arrival, her office and room are completely clean, sanitary and very calming. Jamie really cares about her clients and discusses any problem areas he or she may have, their occupation, activity levels, and workouts. She really emphasizes what would make the client comfortable and what would optimize their time with her. After just one session, my shoulders and back have completely come out of their constantly tense state. As an avid CrossFitter and someone who works out every day for at least two hours, Jamie completely made me relaxed yet really dig into my tissue and released pressure and tension. I am beyond excited to have find her and her little magical, yet mighty hands! I can tell my recovery will greatly benefit from making her part of monthly regimen.
I have had a fair share of massages and after a year of neglecting myself during the pandemic, I decided to buy a massage package from Jamie. Started 2021 off on a self help foot and got a 90 minute massage this morning. WOW. WOW. WOW. Jamie is so genuine, intuitive and knew exactly what my body needed. Hands down the best massage I have ever had. :)
