plumber logan was well-informed about my issue, and dealing with my aged pipes. he managed to unclog the blockage and provide an estimate for a possible solution to prevent future blockages. under new management, the whole procedure was professional, centered on customer service and cost-effective in Philadelphia. i found the experience to be efficient and budget-friendly.
i was thoroughly pleased with this crew. I found myself with a plumbing emergency on a Sunday, and within 10 minutes, I received a call from Caden. He professionally (and I mean really professionally and effectively) solved my issue by replacing my entire hot water system in less than 12 hours. The service was exceptional! I would definitely recommend them if you're in Philadelphia.
eli from sanders family plumbing & electric llc was highly efficient. he managed to get the essential parts for our water heater expedited overnight. the water heater was still under warranty, and the parts came directly from the manufacturer. eli was resourceful in navigating all the manufacturer's red tape. he even contemplated buying the parts locally in philadelphia and then billing them back to sanders family plumbing & electric llc to avoid any delays. he really gave it his all. thankfully, under new management, sanders family plumbing & electric llc operates in a more customer-friendly manner now. i would definitely recommend this company and eli to all my neighbors...read full review
