My two children joined SAS a few months back, and it has been an excellent experience for both of them. Anton and his team do a great job of blending jiu jitsu training with helpful life lessons ("big kids, big chores") in a way that is instructive and enjoyable.

Enrolling our kids at SAS gym was an amazing decision. Professor Anton, the heart of the academy, is not just a martial arts instructor but a true mentor. SAS Philadelphia is an excellent gym comprised of high level and thoughtful coaching, and a welcoming team of students. Anton is an excellent owner/coach who is seriously invested in his students' improvement and overall enjoyment of jiu jitsu. The gym maintains a welcoming atmosphere for all levels of students especially those who are new to the sport.
