Mr. Roccia was fantastic to work with. He is clearly experienced and an expert in his craft. He was able to schedule and complete work quickly. Photos were provided before and after repairing and coating my flat roof. I was very happy with the results. Pricing was very fair. I will be using him again in the future no doubt.

We used Roccia Roofing for a new roof that was needed on a rental property that we were getting ready to sell. We experienced good communication from the owner, John, and a fair price for the project. I live in a twin home in Northeast Philly, and I had a leak in my master bedroom in the fall of 2014. The roofer that last coated my roof attempted a repair, but the leak continued. I called 9 roofing companies, all of whom said that I needed to replace my roof. The quotes ranged from $2,500 to nearly $8,000. Then I called John Roccia’s Family Roofing Co. John came out and inspected my roof. He said that the roof did not need to be replaced, and he used roofing caulk to make a repair. He told me to send him a check if the repair held.
