Robertson's excellent customer service was a surprise. They went above and beyond in fulfilling my order. When the hospital failed to get the flowers to the patient before they were discharged, Robertson's investigated what happened and although it was clearly not their fault, they delivered a second bouquet to the home address, despite it not being in their delivery range. Pleasant and professional every step of the way. Highly recommend!
Beautiful flowers for my granddaughter's first dance recital. I placed my order with Janice late on a Friday for early Saturday morning delivery. She was delightful and very helpful with my special delivery instructions. I selected a spring bouquet and it was as lovely as advertised and delivered early morning. I recommend and will use Robertson's Flowers for my area floral needs.
I wish I could give Bryce at Robertson's 10 stars. She created everything that I had imagined for my wedding and more!! Every single detail was absolutely perfect and I just wish I could have preserved all of them to keep forever!! Don't hesitate and book them now for your next event!!
