This is sad that all these reviews are the same and nothing is changing. The automatic system is replying back telling you to contact them like it's going to make a difference. I literally just got an email from a recruiter stating, " I would just apply directly to these roles and if the recruiting manager thinks it would be a good fit they will reach out to you." This is after going back and forth checking jobs that I have applied for the last 3 months. They were still posted and was up for over a month! This is my second time trying to work through them. They are very unresponsive and disappointing. Don’t even waste your time.I worked with Jessica Heilweil and after our initial phone call I never heard back from her….even after following up and sending direct reference numbers to positions I was interested in.

Robert Half is an organization that helps to connect businesses with consulting solutions, full-time professionals, and more. I've had the pleasure to work with them as a client, as a candidate when I first graduated college, and now as an employee. When I first applied for roles at Robert Half upon graduation, the recruiters invited me in for an interview to learn more about what I was looking for, my experience, etc. They were open and honest about whether or not I was a fit for anything and helped to explain what the local market looked like.
