I'm not sure where to start with this one, outside of Rim's One Hour cleaners being both the best cleaners and alterations spot I've found in Philly. In fact, as a lady who has also lived in Miami, LA, and NYC; I'd say it's the best cleaners I've been to, period. Let me begin with an example. I recently had a dress, that was too big, that required an advanced alteration. I went to multi places ranked as past winner's of "philly's best" for tailoring/alternation, only to be told what I wanted was not possible, or to be quoted outrageous prices. They held my UPS package for me while I was out of the country… I wasn’t gonna get back in time to pick it up and I called them from London and they agreed to hold it for me until I got back… So helpful. I’m very appreciative.
