Great service, used Rim's many times and everything always turns out great. And this is the type of place where if you bring them something that doesn't really need the service you asked for, they'll let you know and save you a few bucks. Trustworthy and dependable!
I went in with my favorite winter jacket, and they saved it by replacing the zipper. I went back with the bags I use for my bicycle commute and they reconstructed the handle which had torn off. Both times the work was done quickly and the prices were surprisingly affordable. Highly recommend.
I'm not sure where to start with this one, outside of Rim's One Hour cleaners being both the best cleaners and alterations spot I've found in Philly. In fact, as a lady who has also lived in Miami, LA, and NYC; I'd say it's the best cleaners I've been to, period. Let me begin with an example. I recently had a dress, that was too big, that required an advanced alteration. I went to multi places ranked as past winner's of "philly's best" for tailoring/alternation, only to be told what I wanted was not possible, or to be quoted outrageous prices.
