Edit: I just spoke to the owner and the manager, and both were very helpful in providing the refund. There was a miscommunication that got handled smoothly once we were all on a call. Very much appreciate the owner being diligent in trying to help me get this resolved.

Original post: Please save yourself from this place that doesn’t care about the customer experience, especially if you’re not rich, where it’s obvious they will treat you like you’re a second class citizen if that’s the case.

From start to finish the experience was incredible. The woman I spoke to on the phone to book the service was very accommodating and helpful. The day of was an awesome atmosphere and staff was so welcoming. The massage was probably the best massage I've ever had. I loved that they used multiple different techniques and styles. We are going to make a point to come back on a regular basis.

Jeannette was nothing short of fabulous!!! She listened to my requests, being a breast cancer survivor not many like to give me massages, she did not hesitate to help me! She is a complete asset to the Spa!
