DO NOT GO HERE if you have a box truck. They want to charge you an extra $200. Go to Burns and Co. 4300 Rising Sun Ave. Burns is cheaper per ton too $120 vs $140 and they take cash. To the people who got surprised with the $200 box fee after already dumping that’s so crazy, I wouldn’t let that slide. At least they told me at the start so I could call around. Lady probably should have mentioned that fee when I first called about their rates though.
Called because I was trying to dispose of a residential item , although this company isn’t what I was looking for , the women who answered the phone was very sweet and still was able to refer me somewhere and help me , I thought that was very kind and thoughtful of her , ty so much I appreciated that !
I need to write this since I see so many sour box truck drivers complaining. By the way, the boxtruck fee is on a sign clearly marked. The staff is friendly and helpful and don't mind answering questions.This dump is great if you want to be a regular and don't use a box truck. There is almost never a line. I am always in and out within 5-10 minutes.They used to have an issue where box trucks would unload for hours and cause a wait. It sucked sometimes. They implemented a $200 fee for box trucks and now there is no issue.This place is clearly geared towards pros. Most people at this dump are actual dumpster trucks and the remainder is contractors with dump trailers.Like...read full review
