The worst. They were servicing our condo complex. They broke a dumpster, so it would no longer roll, then just decided to stop emptying it. Awful company. Impossible to communicate with.

The trucks (2 of them) come into our residential neighborhood before 6 am and sit and idle for over 1 hour to 1.5 hours. They don't come in and pick up immediately. Many calls/complaints have been reported and no call back from supervisor. Just told that they shouldn't be doing that and months later no change.

The incompetence of their trash guys is mind blowing. Not only did they destroyed my PERSONAL recycling bin which I bought from my township, but they also took my other recycling bin away when they delivered their own recycling bin. So now I am out of TWO recycling bins that I had purchased. I had submitted claims against each one and I have yet to hear back from them even though their SLA is 3 business days. It's been over a week.
