Wow. Just wow. Gilda is 11/10 incredible. Gilda listened and focused on my specific needs for my body, not what she thought I needed. I did the positional alignment which was absolutely fantastic. Too many times in massages to do get more of a "Total Body" experience that meets the needs and has you relaxed but doesn't treat the source. Gilda went right to the source and, afterwards, literally made a physical difference in my posture and overall feeling. I am so glad to have found this space and am so exited to go back. Than you Gilda!

Relax Therapy Spa is definitely a hidden gem in Chestnut Hill. The serene location provides a wonderful setting for yoga classes and a variety of massage services. The Surrender Reset is a must do for an elevated self-care experience. Don’t hesitate - you will be restored and refreshed after spending time with Gilda.
