I recently got a Groupon massage here and had aminah as my therapist. She was AMAZING!! The massage felt therapeutic and relaxing! She was able to target injured areas in a way that helped to resolve the knots but not in a painful way. I always get weary because I tend to have a lot of knots and I don't want the massage to just be targeted for that. She was able to make it therapeutic, relaxing and even incorporate some lymphatic drainage techniques all in one! I highly recommend her!! She was also very respectful and welcoming.
For someone who has bounced around with different chiropractors through the years for various reasons, I finally found my absolute go to in Dr. Pauling. Every time I come in he gives me an explanation on why I could be feeling the symptoms I’m experiencing at the time and how to prevent them between new exercise routines or new daily habits. Usually start off by rolling the back which feels incredible then finished off by getting adjusted. For someone who works on their feet all day having a healthy back is vital to me and my line of work. Dr. Pauling was awesome! During my first visit he went over everything with me and explained how to help my body heal and keep it refreshed. I absolutely recommend Quest and Dr. Pauling to anyone looking for a great and professional chiropractor!!
