Queenie's has been taking care of our cats for almost 9 years and they are never anything less than wonderful. Our cats are high-maintenance, get into everything, eat multiple special diets and are all-around pains, and our sitters get every detail right and then some. I am so thankful to be able to travel without worrying, knowing that our pets are in trusted, professional hands.
We receive monthly deliveries of food and other items for our two senior dogs from Queenie’s. Products & service are of the highest quality. Everyone we’ve interacted with is kind and helpful and Adina goes above and beyond wrt taking the time to share her vast knowledge and provide personalized advice. She’s also an exceptionally generous and caring person. We are excited to use Queenie’s pet sitting service too—Patti is likewise incredible to work with, another gem of a human. Really glad to have this business in our neighborhood
My dog's favorite dog toy had been discontinued. Queenie's was the only store that still had some in the U.S. I expressed interest, and Adina reached out to me directly and found a way to get them shipped to me, even though it was across the country. I am super grateful, and my dog was ecstatic. It's pretty obvious that they care a lot about pets and people. It was not a lot of money they got for the time it took to package and send it, but it resulted in a lot of joy from my dog. From her own quote in the email she sent me "We love making pets happy (and their humans by extension!)!". Would absolutely recommend and would shop from them again!
