    I got there at 7 a.m. on a Saturday, it was definitely crowded okay thats fine. I ended up in the chair at 12p.m. and finished by 3, which is good. The two issues I had with them are plastering too much of that hair gel or condition whatever that is, and lady attitude.

    First time at queen bee’s and I got tree braids. I was told by others to get there early before they open so I arrived at 5:45am, I was the 4th in line. The first braider arrived at 7am and had everyone sign in. Unfortunately for me, while I was 4th in line I didn’t get in the chair until a little after 9am because only certain braiders knew how to do tree braids. I purchased my hair from a popular vendor (Borabraids) that the shop has used multiple times and I made sure I purchased 3 packs (2 bundles a pack) for a full look as recommended.     I’ve been to Queen Bee multiple times and it’s always hit or miss for me! I always bring my daughter as well. Let me just say this, everyone in the shops CAN NOT BRAID! more than 3 times I’ve had someone start my hair and notice midway thru that it was a mess! And they had to cut them out. Very few braiders in the shop can actually braid. They get defensive and go on their own accord. As much as they charge, there shouldn’t be one mishap! Overall they do okay but I’ve learned to stick with the same Braider because I know for sure my hair will be nice leaving the shop!
