Proclaim Enterprises Computer was a pleasure to work with. Anthony gave me a quote that was 200+ dollars less than the Apple Store and was highly communicative throughout the entire repair process. He let me know when the part was in and scheduled a time to pick up my computer. The repair was finished quickly and he dropped a perfectly functioning laptop back off at my house. The process could not have gone better. So happy that I can get (hopefully) a few more years out of this computer without breaking the bank. If you have a repair, I definitely recommend giving them a call!
Anthony is truly amazing, but let's start with the fact that he's got the best pricing for MacBook screen repair by FAR. But even if cost is a concern, they offer payment plans. But also also the cost includes home pickup and delivery. Anthony was very communicative the whole process and if any issues arose contacted me to check my preference on what to do next. He even offered to help me find cases for my laptop to better protect it. Literally couldn't imagine a better experience for a very stressful situation, can't recommend his work enough.
Was quite doubtful at first because I took it to a different repair place already and was told by that one place that this was unfixable. But I’m telling you, Anthony fixed what others said no one could! A very dedicated and trustworthy person and service. Also very reasonable price point. I’m very happy with my experience until this point. 9 AM this morning he just picked up my laptop, 7 PM same day I’m writing this review already. Highly recommended!!!
