Primo is my go-to roofer. Four years ago when I had a leak, Joe advised me to repair vs replace the roof (he was the only roofer of three I called who came out and gave me a thoughtful estimate that considered repair vs immediately jumping to replacing it). The repair has held up for four years and counting!
Most recently, I had Primo come out to inspect my roof for vulnerabilities after my nextdoor neighbor experienced a wildlife intrusion through her roof vent. Joe and his team at Primo are first class! From customer service, to great communication, and ultimately fixing my siding issue almost immediately, they are simply the best. These guys want to do a good job at a fair price. Im a forever customer after my first experience with the team.
