Hi I want to give a shout out to the entire staff at Pennypack PA location. The manager Stephanie runs a tight ship! She always makes time to listen to the members with any comments or questions.
Neil is second to none with his authentic nature insofar as staying friendly as well as professional at the same time.
This team truly works well together,
Also, Christian, Matthew, Brie and Greg, they mindful of the atmosphere in the gym, and always maintain themselves as professional when assisting multiple members at the front desk.

Most importantly the locations manager Stephanie continues to run a very tight ship. Neil the assistant manager continues to assist the staff and I actually picking up machines or vacuum underneath them etc. The location is spotless!
Never a shortage of friendliness, respect and professionalism. The team all and all is just a good collaboration for this Philadelphia neighborhood.

Stephanie, this location's manager, took a personal, caring, and empathetic interest in my situation. She understood all that I have been through, health wise, and the challenges I must deal with daily as a result. She personally followed up and was successful in returning money which was automatically debited during the times when I was having surgery and while in the hospital, since I obviously could not even get to the facility, let alone utilize its services, equipment, and amenities.
