7/9/24 Philadelphia Gas and Electric HVAC Services has once again surpassed my expectations with their response time and performance. The first time was a failing Boiler. This time a failing AC. There are four infants living in this home and I was very concerned about their health in this heat. It was obvious Lucas the tech is extraordinarily experienced, skillful, thorough. He assessed the system and issues, explained the process and had the system running efficiently, offered basic recommendations to improve the system’s performance that anyone can understand and implement. Superior service from start to finish! My AC unit is 16 years old and so I appreciated how thorough Mike was with his analysis of my system. Instead of condemning my unit for being older, he made logical or valid recommendations that could help extend the life of my current unit. He explained the maintenance process and recommendations in a way that was easy for me as the homeowner to understand. I especially appreciated how he took time to notice and bring things to my attention that other HVAC competitors have missed. Mike cared enough to not only notice those things but to fix them.
