It's my first time seeing an optometrist and the whole experience in here has been a breeze. Everyone were very thorough and provided me with so much information as a first time glasses wearer. No rushing, no judgment, every interactions feel very sincere and genuine. I also came with my mom, a non english speaker, but right away feels very comfortable with Karen's outgoing and friendly personality. She helped my mom a lot despite the language barrier and made sure that we both really like our glasses. Thank you everyone for your genuine smile and attentiveness!
This place is wonderful.I went there Twice for glasses, adjustments and nose pad replacements, the owner of the store was wonderful, polite, And fixed my issues with no charge. They have a great selection of glasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend this place for You are next pair of prescription glasses and sunglasses.

Never in my life did I think I would look forward to getting my eyes examined. I am giddy with excitement when I receive a reminder message about an upcoming appointment! As long as I am living in Philly I will never ever go anywhere else. Best doctor, best frames, and BEST Karen :) She remembers everyone's name, has the choicest taste in frames, and is a straight up delight. Much love for Philadelphia Eyeglass Labs ❤️
