This Health Xenter continues to be a joke. Catch 2 buses ans walked 4 blocks get there at 11 AM just to be told labs stops at 10:30. That's not posted anywhere. I've never seen it on the website. How does the labs stop at 10:30? What about afternoon patients? What is the lab technician doing if she's not taking blood. This health center will forever be a disappointing eyesore in serving the surrounding black community. Lazy and unprofessional. Zero stars.

The females at the front desk so unprofessional the females at the front desk need more training on how to be professional and dress professionally when working in a healthcare environment!

Some of the ladies there are nice, it’s like family however, I feel like this place needs a face lift. There needs to be better systems in place for the patients so that way we aren’t calling 10 times to ask a question and then being put on hold for half an hour. I do feel bad for the staff because they may be short, but for certain questions the information should be ready. I apologize for the negative review and staff I know it’s not your fault. The people above you need to do better by you all so that way you all can help us better.
