I’m a new client here. I called Wednesday for concerns for my doggo and they were so nice and flexible offering me a same day appointment as a new client! I’ve never seen that anywhere. I scheduled for the next day and there was absolutely no wait. We got on time and were seen on time. The staff were super nice and the Dr. was also very nice. He explained my options, gave alternative reasons as to why my dog may be acting the way she was, and explained next steps really well to someone with no medical back ground. I called prior to bringing in Sage for her Bordatella vaccine. I was told the vaccine costs $30. I also asked if there was a visit fee and was told there wasn’t. By the time the vaccine was already administered to Sage, the price changed from $30 to $70. I wasn’t angry per se, just annoyed. I did receive an apology from the person, however my irritation came from the fact that they didn’t double check if there was a visit fee or not. Not understanding the fee either because the vet tech just came in and put the vaccine in her mouth in the waiting area and that was it. I’m just going to make sure she comes to the vet for more important issues versus getting vaccinations.... read full review

TLDR: I am happy with both the service and the price for the dental work my dog received.
I noticed my dog needed dental work about a year ago. I took him to his regular vet and they quoted us over $1800. I looked up an affordable vet and they said they would force all dental patients to be neutered (and charge an extra 300). I thought that was crazy. I went to a third vet and they surprised me with the same weird policy; but vet cousin confirmed, it's crazy!
I called several offices and ultimately chose Pet Health Center because of their friendly desk staff who were able to answer all my questions. We showed up and they continued... read full review
