Flowers delivered by fedex in a box and not fresh at all.
My first time for such a bad experience and service with à flowershop online.
I do not recommand it!

They still advertise online as "Philly's Favorite Florist" when they have no operating location in the City. All their arrangements are shipped in from New York (which they don't tell you when you speak to a representative). For my daughter's small wedding, they wanted to deliver everything the day before because they couldn't guarantee delivery before 7 pm. When I offered to pick the arrangements up, they finally admitted that the location in Philly is closed.

THIS SHOP IS CLOSED. THEY SHIP VIA FEDEX FROM NEW YORK I ordered $150 bouquet for my daughter for a special occasion. I chose this store because online it appears to be in her neighborhood and I figured that coordinating delivery would be easy. Instead, the flowers were shipped from New York, left by her gate by the courier, and promptly stolen. No effort was made to require a signature or to contact her about the delivery. All in all, a terrible experience. The only good part was that the company says they will refund my money and I can instead spend it at a local florist. Buyer beware.
