I was a little apprehensive about trying this place due to the reviews, but I was in the plaza for something else and figured it was worth a shot. I'm so glad I went in! It had been months since I had my eyebrows / lip waxed and the tech was quick, professional, and did an amazing job! She did such an amazing job that I also decided to tack on a pedicure. She took her time and had great attention to detail for this service. It was the best pedicure I've had since I've moved back to Philly. It was relaxing and the massage was incredible! My nail polish was applied perfectly and still looks good several days later. I am looking forward to going back for a manicure! I will say I was surprised they didn't have bags for the pedicure tubs, though. The business was very clean otherwise.

The staff was very kind and friendly, and I was seated right away as a walk in. Unfortunately, there was very little cuticle prep and I felt rushed for the uv light. It's been one week (7 days) and every single nail is bubbling and peeling at the base.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes i go and my nails are flawless then other times you feel like your being rushed and get sloppy work. The salon is clean and they are friendly. The spa pedi is very relaxing tho.Services: Acrylic nails
