Good service, friendly & efficient. They were nice enough to work past closing for me! My only critique would be the place could be updated to feel more modern & clean - but I’m not from the area so I can’t compare it to the other local places. I LOVE nails by Chau. All the ladies are so sweet and so talented. Below is a picture of my regular polish manicure 8 days after getting it!! They do such good work and it lasts so well. It’s hands down the best place in the city, and I always enjoy chatting with the ladies working. They remember I bring my mom in sometimes and ask about her. Definitely recommend! They do great tips/dip, gel, etc.Services: Manicure

my toes look great, but a different tech did my nails and they gel is already chipping after ONE day. they did such a sloppy job and couldn’t properly execute a very simple french tip. my nails are all uneven, and she couldn’t even be bothered to shape them correctly. I’m mad I spent my money on such a poorly done manicure.
