Ken had the most challenging client in me, I'm sure. I pushed back at everything he gave me to do. Ken was non-intimidating, yet kind. Ken motivated me in a positive way while working with my defiant quirky workout requests. I don't like burpees, so Ken modified the workout with other challenges. He was patient and encouraging. He was flexible and really listened to my concerns and goals.Ken is a truly special person, and it was my pleasure to get to know him. I loved spending every minute of my workouts with Ken. Highly recommend Ken from Nadia Fitness. I’ve had many trainers and fitness coaches throughout my life but Ken has been by far the best. He keeps you motivated with his knowledge of training and various workouts. He is also very encouraging and a great guy all around.
