My roof was leaking and in need of replacement. I contacted Murphy Roofing and Bill was able to come out quickly to inspect the roof and provide an estimate for a new roof. My experience with this company has been a great one thus far. So far, all requests were listened to and honored. Crew did a great job. Based on this, I would use them again.Before work was started, received itemized invoice for my authorization.Any unanticipated work was explained and received my authorization before work started (if I chose to have the new work done). Final invoice reflected updates.Crew was respectful of my neighbor’s property and mine too. Crew cleaned as they worked and at the end of each day.Notification was given when completion date needed to be changed.Services: Roof installation

AMAZING customer service. One of their workers was busy fixing a roof in Philly, and I was across the street looking for someone to help me jumpstart my car. He immediately stopped everything he was doing and offered to help me. He took time out of his own day to do a kind act of service for a stranger. Thank you so much!!
