I am a performing violinist and I’ve always had issues with my upper back and left shoulder. I got so used to my ailments that I ignored them for years, until the shoulder pain became unbearable every time I would perform.Jeff located the muscle that was causing me pain and through spot massage and exercises allowed me to have pain free performances. He also helped me figure out ways to manage the pain on my own. On top of that I built a habit of going to the gym regularly, something that I struggled with, and now I surprisingly even enjoy doing.
