My experience with this company has only been great. They were able to fix an old lock, make a key for a different lock when I had no key and duplicate a double sided key that the "box" store.messed up 3 times. I found the staff very helpful and polite. Yes the prices for locks higher but the quality is better and I believe you get what you pay 4. Thanks guys for always providing excellent service

Love the service. Quick and helpful. Would definitely use them again. Was turned down from many other locksmith but they were willing to help me out when I was just about to give up on getting my key made.

Very friendly and personal service. Was able to make a perfect copy of a difficult and rare key. Offered to mail me copies of my key after I moved from Philly, and gave me the key code in case I wanted to make copies elsewhere. Nothing beats personal and honest service!
