The front desk staff at the Eastwick office is very unprofessional. It's always a hassle to get help when you call the office. I message the provider I didn't hear anything for 24 hours, I called in to speak to the provider and was told they have up to 72 to answer an urgent message and after waiting 2 days I was told the provider is only there Mon-Wed. The provider calls me prescribed medication and must not of realized it need authorization again I sent multiple messages with no response. Extremely friendly staff. Easy access for wheelchairs. Knowledgeable and helpful security at door. Quick and easy check-in both upstairs and at entrance. Very convenient parking with close buses 37(less than five minute walk), close 68 and 36 trolley accessibility. Doctors are very patient and value your time. You're the priority.TIP: at last visit, the air-conditioning was out. Very uncomfortable during hot temperature day which is why the four Stars. Get there on time or you may be delayed as doctors move to next patient. Don't waste time as the staff wants you taken care of quickly. Route 68 (every hour) bus is at the parking lot. Front desk unprofessional argumentative won’t tell the truth,2 hour waiting periods at the clinicor longer at home when by phone.Three different doctors in less than year. I filed complaint’swith Medicare,Blue cross and the Pa health department will be next in mean time I will takemom out of that horrible situation. Need to re-manage re-advertise because the clinic is inclose proximity of residence who live in SW Phila and Eastwick area’s it’s greatly needed oursenior citizens don’t deserve that type of treatment. Zero stars from me??????
